Antonio, in his capacity as Chair, has an impartial role. He chairs GCR General meetings, GCR Committee meetings and GCR Executives meetings; ensures the smooth progress of their works by enforcing the Constitution and the other GCR rules and moderates the discussion; ensures the GCR serves the St Antony’s community according to its constitutional mandate.
